iMile

iMile was an iOS app I created in 2012 to help traveling professionals keep track of their business mileage. I maintained it and provided regular updates to the app store until 2014.

Key Features:

• Integration with Google Maps API to draw a suggested route on the map with a green line
• Real time tracking of the actual route on the map with a red line
• Automatic recording of starting and destination addresses based on GPS
• Integration with contacts to easily enter a destination
• Export a spreadsheet of all trips
• Easily switch between metric and imperial
• Tracks the following:
  • trip purpose (business – yes/no)
  • date
  • distance
  • time
  • starting odometer
  • ending odometer
  • destination address
  • starting address
